PEAK offers a fast and reliable peak detection for all kinds of data sources (Patch-Clamp, LFP, ECG, EEG, Ca2+ fluorescence, ...) using a dynamic, neighborhood-based analysis algorithm that is robust against base line shifts.

Batch processing enables unsupervised big data analysis.

The comprehensive result tables comprise all standard evaluation parameters (peak height, half-maximum peak width, interpeak interval, ...) and the corresponding x- and y-coordinates in order to easily calculate any other parameter of interest within Excel.
